Heads up, Bald Eagle Fans!

Yesterday on their Bald Eagles in Western Pennsylvania Facebook page, Audubon of Western PA pointed out that the first bald eagle egg at Hays is usually laid between February 12 and 17.

  1. I should report that I actually saw them do it, live, maybe a half hour ago.

    One was on the nest, and the other on a branch to the left. The one on the nest was the male, I believe, and landed close to the one on the branch, snuggled up for a second, and then…
