The first pip was spotted this morning in one of the peregrine eggs at the University of Pittsburgh’s Cathedral of Learning.
Watch for hatching coming soon at the National Aviary falconcam.
UPDATE: Two hatched after noon
As of 12:50pm, two have hatched.

Keep watching!
At 12:27 she is eating egg shell.
First one hatched around 12:10. Logged in to see her pulling the egg shell off.
Woo hoo! Here we go!
This is wonderful!. Now to wait for more?
Maybe just two hatches? They are having a nice breakfast this morning at 9:10. Mom is doing a great job of little bits for them.
What happened to the 4th egg?
